I died when I saw her.



Sooo: lil' Tennie's dream was to become just like Tsunade, the legendary Kunoichi. But as she grew up and trained alongside Team Gai she realized that she couldn't possibly become a second "Tsunade". Rather than that she decided to find her own way to become a legendary kunoichi, all Tenten-Style.
And we fans are more than happy because for one, a second "Tsunade" is really boring and has no originality (a.k.a. Sakura) and on the other hand we loooooove Tenten, the weapon mistress.

Even though she abandoned the dream to become like Tsunade, her childhood hero still contributed to her finding her own path. She deeply admires her.
